Q: Term is coming to an end, and pretty soon I'll be moving to Canada's arctic for summer field work. It's really exciting — until I open the pantry and see all the food has to be finished before my housing contract ends in April. I'm almost drowning in canned tuna and spaghetti noodles. Does anyone have any suggestions for fast, tasty meals that feature these ingredients?

Editor: Madelaine, the obvious thing to do is to eat them together! Cook the spaghetti until it is barely al dente. Then heat up a little oil in a big sauté pan. Toss in some slivered garlic and red pepper flakes, then toss in a can of drained tuna. Add the cooked pasta and toss together until heated. Spicy, protein-rich, and yummy!
Readers, what else would you suggest for Madelaine's stash?
