Q: Ever used tofu shirataki noodles? Great for vegans, vegetarians, the health conscious and those following a gluten-free lifestyle.
A little bit odd in texture, but could be a great substitute for noodles. I'd love to hear what The Kitchn community has made with them. Ideas?
