My CSA is finishing up, and lately I've gotten lots of root vegetables and other fall fare. I have a TON of both red and green cabbage. Aside from stuffed cabbage, cabbage soup, and slaw, do you have any good suggestions for what to do with it all? I especially need help using up the red cabbage.
