I keep buying a gallon of 1% milk at a time because it's only about 10 cents more than buying a half gallon, but I never use it all before it goes bad.
What are some ideas of things I could make with all of this extra milk before it spoils?

Traci, you may just want to cut back on your milk-buying! If you really don't ever use the extra, why buy it? This may be a case of false economy. On the other hand, if you get in the habit of making yogurt or cheese, it might indeed be a great deal! Here are three suggestions:
