Q: I am hosting a brunch for my in-from-out-of-town parents this weekend, and I was wondering if you had any ideas for an autumnal brunch? There will be at least six people to feed, and most of us are vegetarian (but not vegan).

They're amazing! Also, I made them with sweet potato puree (from a can) so be advised that that is also quite delicious.
