Now that it's squash season my family eats a lot of squash. I know that you can save the seeds from pumpkins and roast or toast them — but can you do the same with any winter squash?
Are there any that are inedible?

Christa, what a great question. We've roasted pumpkin seeds and butternut squash seeds, but we've never tried any others.
Readers, what kind of squash seeds have you roasted? Any turn out badly?
