One product we're really loving this summer is this jar of wild hibiscus flowers in syrup. They're meant to be added to a glass of white wine or champagne, and add a refreshing sweetness to the drinks.

As noted above, while silly yuppie white people pay $11 on Amazon for this stuff, Latinos have been using dried hibiscus (or jamaica) to make hibiscus tea and syrup for ages. Go to any decent sized bodega or Latino greengrocer and you can get dried hibiscus in bulk for CHEAP and make tea or syrup at home for a fraction of the price.
