Good Product: Kuhn Rikon Swiss Peeler

Pin it button big

Once I got my paws on a Swiss Peeler, I never turned back. There really is no reason to use any other vegetable peeler.

This week, when I discovered the food stylist on the photo shoot didn't have one, I promptly bought her a pale yellow number. It made our chocolate shaving and coconut shredding a snap.

Kuhn Rikon, a Swiss company, is the maker of The Original Swiss Peeler, although there are other look-alikes out there. However, the Original will only set you back about $3.50 in most kitchen supply shops, so there's no need to go plain-wrap on this one.
