I recently dove headfirst into a new-to-me online food magazine based in England. It's called The Foodie Bugle, and it's run by Silvana de Soissons, a writer and blogger. She has gathered quite the team of talented writers, photographers and cooks. If you haven't checked this site out yet, here are a few pieces to start with.
Here's a little more from Silvana:
In March 2011 I launched The Foodie Bugle, an online co-operative magazine that tells the whole story of good food and drink across the world. The Foodie Bugle Lectures help bring together all the different food and drink artisans, retailers, writers, photographers and consumers that follow, read and contribute to the magazine.
This magazine is beautifully produced, easy to browse, and an absolute feast of content that feels fresh and new. I have been slowly reading through the articles and features on cooks, purveyors, gardens, supper clubs, and more. It's a treat — check it out!
