This gluten-free chocolate chunk cookie mix was a breeze to make: I just added eggs and oil (you can also use butter instead) to keep it dairy-free, then mixed by hand, scooped, and baked. The finished cookies browned nicely, were tender, and had a pleasant nutty flavor. For those staying away from gluten, these would easily satisfy that warm chocolate chip cookie craving!
