Good news today for vegans and anyone who avoids dairy — next year, you'll be able to enjoy Ben & Jerry's ice cream, too.
The company announced that they are working on a vegan ice cream that will have either a coconut or almond milk base, and that it will be available in US stores in 2016.
Ben & Jerry's is creating the vegan ice cream after a petition asking for a dairy-free option circulated online and quickly gained 27,000 signatures.
We can't wait to see the flavors available in the new vegan line next year.
