I want to try lemon yogurt cream - that sounds very interesting. My favourite bean soup at the moment is Mexican soup. Perhaps because it also includes gooey melted cheese. :)
Soup week might be my favorite week so far! I agree that the simple lentil soup looks great--I make lentil soups all winter and eat them for lunch all week. Some of my favorites are this simple lentil soup (secret ingredient: a Parmesan rind), this easy red lentil corn chowder, and what I call The Best Red Lentil Soup of 2012, which is curried red lentils and split peas (secret ingredient: raisins--don't knock it until you try it!).
