It's EGG week here on The Kitchn, which is the perfect excuse to go back into our recipe archive and dig up some old favorites. Not all egg recipes require you to make them in the morning and eat them immediately. For frying and poaching, yes, but there are plenty of egg dishes—quiches, frittatas, breakfast casseroles—that can be made ahead of time, so all you have to do in the morning is reheat and eat!

How well do these heat up in the microwave once cooked? Are they just make-ahead-able, or are they actually good for popping in the microwave on your way out the door?
I make a lot of quiches and frittatas, mainly for easy lunches at work. They all heat up well and quickly in the microwave. Just make sure you don't heat them too long or they may get tough and dry.
