Let's take a little trip to Southern California where the sun shines bright and the fish tacos never end. This recipe is your plane ticket. It's an unusual recipe: Tilapia gets dredged in cornmeal (instead of flour) before being fried, and the simple lime crema and slaw bring the whole thing together.
