According to Food Safety News, Fresh Express is recalling 480 cases of "American Salad" from six states. These salads accidentally included packets intended for Caesar salads, which contain egg, milk, wheat, and anchovy. These allergens were not stated on the "American Salad" bags, and could be harmful for people with allergies. According to the FDA, no illnesses have been reported.
