For those of you who expressed interest in the savory cakes I mentioned yesterday, I've gathered a few links to English-language recipes, including this Savory Cheddar, Goat Cheese and Cilantro Cake posted by Warda Bouguettaya at Just Baking...
Keep in mind that once you have the basic formula down, you can add just about anything to a cake salée.

Delicious! Thanks!

What's the best way to serve these? Sliced like bread, or cubed, or...?
I found the same recipe for the goat chesse/cilantro/cheddar cake earlier this year. I found it lacking in something, but I couldn't figure out what. Perhaps someone else can try it out and tell me what they think?
As for how to serve it, I would suggest perhaps toasting it and having it with a bowl of soup?
These all look delicious! Thank you!!
Cilantro in cake? Sold! Giving this one a try. Thanks!
