Make-ahead smoothies make mornings better. If you, like me, want a couple extra minutes in bed every day, these simple smoothie recipes are here to help you achieve that goal. Make a bunch of smoothie packets in advance, stuff them in your freezer, and dump one of them into your blender in the morning. We've got three different recipes so you'll never get bored.
The concept is simple to understand. You freeze all the individual ingredients on a sheet pan (to prevent clumping and hurting your blender) and then you put them them into reusable freezer bags. Then in the morning, you dump the ingredients into the blender along with a required liquid. A smoothie is born.
