Great Food From Asia, Europe & Latin America: 36 Recipes

Year in Review: July 2010

All of us here at The Kitchn are eager to try new recipes — especially ones from cultures different from our own. Some of us delve into one cuisine to learn it well; Kathryn went deep into Japanese cooking, for instance. Laure often draws on her own French heritage. Others of us visit new places and bring back fresh inspiration. In July we focused on international cooking, so as we review the past year, here are some of our favorite meals and recipes inspired by the cooking outside our own country.
