Sure, you can use a colander just to drain your pasta. But what about using one to house a flower arrangement? Here's the cute idea executed with daisies and an old metal colander:Simply put a bowl inside to actually hold water and add the colander just for looks. We like how a colander lets the round little arrangement perch up on feet on the tabletop.
