We'd enjoy it even more when folded into a velvety chocolate cake like this one. Soaking fruit in tea brings out the flavor and, in this case, imparts a floral and herbal flavor. Prunes and chocolate are both so rich they seem like an unnatural pairing - but they actually go very well together.
