The ham & cheese biscuits remind me of the most delicious scone in the world at Alice's Teacup in NYC. Now I want to go to there (as Liz Lemon would say)
Just made the ham and chedder biscuits this morning...they are VERY yummy. I used AP flour for the entire recipe and subbed 2% milk for the buttermilk...its what I had on hand, they still came out wonderfully.
