Lahpet, pickled green tea. Lahpet is considered the national food of Burma.

I love drinking tea and I don't mind it in food either. Matcha is really good in a variety of recipes and it's often healthy too because all the powder of the leaf is meant to be eaten in the food. Good for you and it tastes good. How can you beat that? http://www.jasonwitt.org/teaternity.html
I love ochazuke! I like to add bits of salmon in mine.
