Fish is a perfect food for hot-weather cooking. It's light, it pairs well with fresh vegetables and fruits, and it takes so little time to cook that you barely have a chance to start sweating while standing over the grill. Here are eight recipes that look especially interesting to us right now.
Before you start, it might be helpful to read grilling expert Diane Morgan's tips about how to grill fish.

Soy-Sake Shrimp. Prepare to have your mind blown. This is probably one of the most flavor-loaded dishes that I know of.

Any ideas for recipes with already cooked shrimp? I have a lot leftover from a shrimp cocktail party plate and would like to do something other than eating it with cocktail sauce.
sjh100 - When it was unbearably hot last week, I made cold shrimp salad with remoulade sauce, using pre-cooked shrimp. Yum.
I've cooked fish (or seafood of some kind) on the grill almost 2-3 times a week since spring started. I have a few recipes on my site already with more to come:

sjh100 -- Try making a nice batch of gazpacho then topping it with a slice of avocado, some sweet corn and shrimp. It's to die for!
Oneisco-- thanks for tonight's dinner idea! I'm headed to trader joes on my lunch break!
