According to a new study published in the Archives of Neurology, eating fish helped older folks keep their wits about them.
People 65 and older who ate fish once a week showed a 10 percent slower rate of cognitive decline per year compared with those who ate no fish. Those who ate fish two or more times a week showed a 13 percent slower decline.
Why wait until 65? Why not start now? Fish on Fridays... and then some.
