Mmmm, biko--it is amazing. You should try suman, too (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Suman_(food)).
Agreeing with OneWallKitchen -- biko (or kalamay as it's sometimes known) is DELICIOUS! My grandma makes this frequently, lining the pan with banana leaves for an extra special flavor. And, suman is a delicious alternative!
