Two more ideas that I personally love & use a lot:
1) put salmon fillets in parchment, drizzle with olive oil, salt, and then top with some thick lemon zest peels & capers. Bake at 350 for 10-15 minutes
2) top salmon fillets with a mixture (equal parts) mustard, brown sugar, and soy sauce. Broil on a baking sheet for 5-10 minutes

i've used the nobu miso marinade with black cod, and it was AMAZING. my dinner party guests raved about its incredible flavor, and i had to confess it was the easiest fish i've ever prepared. i now keep a tub of the marinade in my fridge and use it for braising green veg (like bok choy) as well. try it ... you wont be sorry!
