Sound the alarms! I have met and fallen in love with another dessert. This one might even be good enough to introduce to Mom and Dad. What you see right here is the meeting between a classic crème brûlée and a graham cracker cookie. They are undoubtedly smooth, creamy, and crumbly.
The big question I have with this dessert is if it's still cool to crack the burnt sugar top with a spoon. Would that break the bar too easily? Would you create a delicious mess? I'll have to test this out and get back to you.
