Butchery has been a hot thing these past few years. If you're going to eat animals, then you better be prepared to know (and use!) everything to do with their innards, right? This matched set of posters from Mystery Hound celebrates that trend with an overview of two old-school styles of pork butchery.
Stephen and Brad from Mystery Hound, an Oakland design and printing collaborative, say that their pork-related poster is, "instructional in nature. It showcases the old school French and British cuts of meat from the old days of seam butchery."
If you're into butchery or its history, then these handsome prints might be just the thing for your kitchen.

I really like these, but I've been looking for something a bit larger to display in my kitchen. Anyone have ideas for larger posters/prints with a similar style and theme?
There are a few similar things on ETSY, but they tend toward the silly, such as: http://www.etsy.com/listing/35545845/ or http://www.etsy.com/listing/46221705.
I agree, even as a vegetarian, I find these images intriguing.
