Here's another lovely bite to go with those "bacon and egg" spoonfuls we showed you last week. This little appetizer is easy and looks like a rose... It's just prosciutto, curled and pinned with fresh spring pea shoots. Looks rather floral, doesn't it? The idea comes from Leah of Bread and Butter Press. She says that she usually avoids sentimentality in her food and we agree; as much as we love carved vegetables we probably will never spend that much time over our food. But we do think there's room for lovely little bites like these and we agree with Leah when she says she likes them. So do we!
