Possibly our favourite annual home appliance and electronics competition, the Electrolux Design Lab 2009 came to conclusion in London last night, with a winner announced: Rickard Hederstierna's Cocoon, the meat and fish maker that uses RFID signals to identify what is being cooked and adjusting cooking time accordingly.
