Eat This! Malaysian Noodles and Spicy Sauces

Soup Month is over, but we're still craving sauce, noodles, and spicy Asian flavors. Fortunately these come in lots of different forms - not just soup. Check out these four steaming bowls of delicious noodles from Sunset, for instance.

The one we are most attracted to (although they all look amazing) is this dish of noodles with crab and sausage:
