When it comes to road trips, canning jars are your new best friend. Pack them with things like pasta salad, a leafy green salad, or even diy fruit on the bottom yogurt or homemade meatloaf! They'll keep these foods sealed in tightly and won't drip all over your back seat if a bump knocks them over. Stash them in your cooler for midtrip meals that are way better than fast food.
You could also bake small cakes/cupcakes in side for an on the go homemade dessert or put your favorite dressing, dip or hummus at the bottom and pile in the vegetables.
