I have a feeling that this is one of those appetizers that is somehow more than the sum of it's parts. I'm imagining the crunchy nuts on the outside, the creaminess and tang of the goat cheese, and then the burst of sweet juice in the middle. I also love that this appetizer would be equally at home at a potluck brunch, a mother's day luncheon, or a dinner party with friends.

I make these often using truffled goat cheese and pistachios.
I've made these so many times, and every time the crowd devours them!
What an original appetizer! I will know it will be a hit when I make them, love anything grapes!
I had grapes prepared this way on top of a field green salad at a restaurant once. Amazing! I now crave them.
sounds good, but the recipe calls for putting it on a thrifted plate. damn, guess i'll have to go buy an old plate instead of using the new ones that i love.
