Q: Both of my grandparents are currently in a nursing home, and my family is planning on visiting them for an Easter brunch. I need some ideas for food that will stay either stay warm for the two hour car ride or can be eaten at room temperature, since we won't be able to heat anything up when we get there.

On top of this, one of my sisters has celiac so we need to be sure everything is gluten free as well.

Editor: Kate, if you want to go all out, a glazed ham will stay warm for quite awhile, and tastes good at room temperature:

Readers, do you have any suggestions for Easter brunch dishes that are gluten-free and travel well?
