We are big fans of Dorie Greenspan and her many marvelous baking books. We have always admired her way with chocolate, and then this recipe, posted on her own blog, made us admire her even more. It has pretty much everything we look for in a chocolate recipe:
It's easy (can be made in the food processor), it's full of boozy bourbon (or coffee, if you prefer), and it can nibbled straight from the freezer, Dorie says. Fudgy Boca Negra chocolate tart - does it get any better than that? WE don't think so.
