We talk a lot about breakfast for dinner (mmm omelets and biscuits!) but what about bringing dinner to breakfast? Here's one lovely inspiration from Monika Kotus of Crumpets and Cakes: Spaetzle-esque breakfast dumplings with orange and ricotta. Hello! Yes please.
But these dumplings that Monika created for the weekly recipe feature at design blog Design*Sponge take the idea in a different direction. These are delicate and plumped up with ricotta, but flavored with orange zest and served with a lavender butter sauce. How fresh and just right for spring!
