IKEA's new kitchen products are out, and there's a few here we're liking a lot. Regardless of your feelings about the giant-blue-box retailer, it's hard to deny that they always have well-designed kitchen products for very little money.
We look to them for small, clever gadgets, like the pot-strainer above. In a small kitchen this could completely remove the need for an unwieldy pasta colander. (STABIL Pot Strainer, $2.99)

• This new 5 quart, enameled cast iron Dutch oven is only $60 and it has steam collectors on the inside of the lid to help keep braising food moist. (SENIOR Casserole with Lid, $59.99)
• Having searched fruitlessly for a double boiler at IKEA, we are pretty excited about this economical double boiler insert. The design is great - you can melt chocolate or cook custard in this, then use the long handle to easily remove and cool in an ice bath. (STABIL Double Boiler Insert, $4.99)
• We love the giant handles on this pan. It's rather low weight though, and Teflon-coated, so we're only cautiously enthusiastic. We wish that IKEA would put massive handles like that on another, heavier pan. (SKÄNKA Pot with Lid, $14.99)
