Sigh. Just to clear things up, Denmark has not banned Marmite. The thing is that all food products to which vitamins have been added must be approved by the Danish FDA. The Danish importer of Marmite had not gotten this approval and decided to pull the product from the market until he gets it - and he is very likely to get it. A lot less dramatic than the headlines suggest :-)
And to answer the question: Danes will put the same things on our toast as we usually do. Marmite is a pretty obscure product in Denmark and the main consumers are British expats living here.
Sorry if I'm ranting a bit, but this story has been blown way out of proportions.
