Dehydrated Camping Food Goes Gourmet

Iron Chef-winning, French-trained chef Jennifer Scism was tired of the uninspired dehydrated food options for outdoor enthusiasts, so she launched Good to Go, an entirely new kind of camping food.

Her company produces gourmet dehydrated meals that contain whole ingredients and spices like Thai Curry with vegetables and jasmine rice — a far cry from most bland dehydrated camping options.

Even though we're not exactly in hiking and camping weather right now, it sounds like a delicious choice for when the weather warms up and everyone moves outdoors again.
