There are always limes in my apartment. I cut them up and add them to seltzer water; I squeeze their juice into my favorite cocktails; and I always have a wedge or two for Mexican night. Lime by itself is a more aggressive and less versatile flavor than lemon, but when it is mixed with honey you can basically add it to anything you want. These four recipes are proof that these two ingredients belong together.
I'm particularly interested by the Greek yogurt parfait with lime and agave (or honey) – it sounds like the perfect way to start your day!
