Looking for a bite-sized brunch snack? Check out this cute idea: Crisp cups made from granola!
Julie at Mommie Cooks made these cups by pressing a granola mix into muffin cups. She made larger ones and smaller ones and we especially like the little ones — fill them with yogurt and they would be a great one-bite breakfast dish for a brunch party. The larger ones are great, too; handy for a quick yet special breakfast.

These are so cute! I love it. I saw a mention of it on facebook in which someone suggested that, when empty, they look a heck of a lot like bird nests. So funny -- and could be a cute treat as Easter approaches. Maybe fill it with jelly beans or cadbury eggs?

These are pretty adorable. I might need to make these for my son's preschool class when Easter rolls around.
