Good news. For those of you in the New York area interested in learning more about fromage, Patrick, our resident Cheesemonger is available to help you explore the wide world of cheese, from locally aged Camembert to the stinkiest blues from France.

Trained at world-famous Murray's Cheese, Patrick is well-equipped teach you how sort through the hundreds upon hundreds of cheeses out there. You will be able to classify, taste, select and store them with ease. Whatever your interest, he can design a class around you.

A four-hour session with Patrick costs $60, plus $10/person to cover the cheese, bread, crackers, dried fruits and nuts. Wine and beer, hand selected to pair with your cheeses, are also available at an additional cost. And if four hours just isn't enough, he's available for more.
