How do you make conversions in the kitchen? Cups to ounces, grams to pounds? Why not put it on your apron, just where you can see it? We spotted this hilarious apron at Baking Bites, where Nicole blogged it this morning. We just had to share. The idea is simple: Print lists of basic conversions on an apron, but print them upside-down so a cook just has to look down for reference. The apron was designed by SUCK UK; you can see a little more about the conversions there.

What do you think? Is this a good idea, or a little impractical? Is your apron generally too covered in flour to be read legibly?
