2010_09_09-Apron01.jpgHow do you make conversions in the kitchen? Cups to ounces, grams to pounds? Why not put it on your apron, just where you can see it?

2010_09_09-Apron02.jpgWe spotted this hilarious apron at Baking Bites, where Nicole blogged it this morning. We just had to share. The idea is simple: Print lists of basic conversions on an apron, but print them upside-down so a cook just has to look down for reference.

2010_09_09-Apron03.jpgThe apron was designed by SUCK UK; you can see a little more about the conversions there.

What do you think? Is this a good idea, or a little impractical? Is your apron generally too covered in flour to be read legibly?
