I'll be honest: an excuse to eat granola is one of the reasons I have yogurt for breakfast every day. I start to anticipate crunching into that first nutty-sweet cluster almost as soon as I open my eyes. Same for you?

My favorite, hands down, is the granola recipe in Super Natural Everyday. The orange zest and the coconut chips make it fantastic-o. Tasty and keeps really well.
I second that recommendation of the SNE granola. I make a big batch every week and it is divine!

I'm still on a pumpkin kick--using up the winter squash purees, pecans, and dried cranberries.
The olive oil granola recipe is the best I've ever had.
