Foie gras macarons? Seriously?
That is so gross on every level. Macarons are supposed to be cute and lovely, not filled with force fed goose organs.
That tart, on the other hand, looks lovely!
I would loooooove a croque monsieur right about now.
Macarons...exquisite! Foie gras...sublime (with a rustic artisanal bread, cornichons, and don't forget the wine). Together? Oh hell no. Meats do not make dessert in my book.
