Create At Least One Garden-to-Glass Cocktail Per Month!
Here's what Jayme Marie says about her goal...
Last summer, I thoroughly enjoyed creating a few cocktails using ingredients from my garden. I used homemade orange bitters, honey liqueur, and fresh thyme to make this particular cocktail. I'd love to develop an entire collection of cocktails that reflects the herbs, vegetables, and fruits that are seasonally available in my own backyard. I've recently learned to compost, preserve, and make my own stock, but I'd like to add a little fun and creativity to the whole urban farming process.
