Copper Bowls for Your KitchenAid Stand Mixer

International Home and Housewares Show 2008

Want to dress up your KitchenAid a little? Maybe give it a little extra boost in whipping egg whites? Check out these copper bowls we saw at the Home and Housewares show...

We met David Black from French Copper Studio at the Housewares show, proudly displaying their wares at the KitchenAid booth. KitchenAid officially endorses this product - bowls custom-fit for each model of KitchenAid stand mixer.

These are definitely a luxury item; they usually retail for over $300 apiece. Right now they are on sale for $255-$265 each.

Copper helps egg whites beat stiffer and faster, and it's obviously a very beautiful and long-lasting material. Would you buy a copper bowl for your KitchenAid?
