Their standard ice cream base uses whole milk, cream, sugar, and eggs — no secret add-ins or finicky prep requirements. The Coolhaus ladies also include recipes for vegan ice creams, a heartier gelato base, and sorbets, plus a handful of cookie recipes for making your own ice cream sandwiches.
