How are you staying cool? Indoor grilling!

I live in a fabulous loft that unfortunately has no outdoor space — sad, when summertime to me means lots of meat and grilling!

Last year, I invested in a cast iron stove-top grill pan and use it nearly daily. I can cook up my meat without turning on the oven, and still feel like I can have the summer grilling experience.

My favorite things to grill are BURGERS!!! I ate one every day in May.
