How are you staying cool? Coconut "ice cream" with local strawberries and pistachios

Yumm x10!!

1 pint Luna & Larry's Coconut Bliss (available at Whole Foods or other natural food stores)
1 pint fresh, local strawberries cut into slices
1/4 c. pistachios chopped

Scoop some of that lusciousness into a bowl and excessively top with strawberries and pistachios. You'll thank me.
